Every therapy session is unique because every person and relationship is unique. Rather than following an agenda, our conversations are guided by what feels most important to you while staying connected to your larger goals. My role is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged as we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped your life. Most clients begin by meeting weekly or every other week, and we'll revisit that schedule together as your needs and goals evolve.

Meaningful change doesn't always happen all at once. More often, it begins with noticing; recognizing patterns, responding differently, communicating more openly, feeling more connected to yourself and others, and approaching life's challenges with greater clarity and intention. Therapy is a process, and we'll regularly reflect on your goals to ensure our sessions continue to feel meaningful and supportive.

Therapy is an investment in your well-being and relationships. Individual therapy is $200 per 50-minute session, and couples therapy is $275 per 80-minute session. Payment is due at the time of each session and can be made through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.

My practice is private pay, which means I do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I'm happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, I encourage you to contact your provider to learn more about your out-of-network coverage.

All sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that can be accessed from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. I recommend choosing a private, comfortable space where you can speak openly and feel free from interruptions. Online therapy offers the flexibility to receive support wherever you are in California or Hawaiʻi.

The relationship between you and your therapist is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful change. That's why I offer a complimentary consultation to learn more about one another, answer your questions, and explore whether my approach and your hopes for therapy feel like a good fit. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and I encourage you to trust what feels right for you.
