The Heart Behind My Practice

Hi, I’m Martina.

As the middle child in a family navigating significant challenges, I often found myself noticing patterns long before I had language for them. I could see how family histories, relationships, unspoken expectations, and life experiences shaped the people around me, yet I also understood what it felt like to be powerless to change them. Over time, I discovered a natural ability to connect with others and make sense of the dynamics unfolding within families, relationships, and communities. That curiosity eventually led me to dedicate my life to helping others better understand themselves and the relationships that matter most.

I’m glad you’re here.

I became a therapist because I have always been deeply curious about people, relationships, and the stories we carry about ourselves. What continues to energize me about this work is witnessing the moment someone begins to understand themselves differently, not through judgment or criticism, but through compassion and awareness. I believe that when we understand how our experiences have shaped us, we create new possibilities for healing, growth, and more fulfilling relationships.

My Mission

My mission is to help people reconnect with themselves and the relationships that matter most by creating a space for deeper understanding, healing, and growth. After experiencing the impact of disconnection through family, culture, identity, grief, and loss, I have dedicated my life to helping others cultivate more authentic, connected, and intentional lives.

My Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences with compassion, curiosity, and support.
